“It is in a good location, rooms are not 5 star worthy but were clean, had air conditioning. Room service was great, They provided complementary meals. The staff were well mannered. All things considered, a good place to stay while visiting Sylhet, You can board the Jaflong local bus or get a laguna or cng just in front of the hotel.”

“We stayed there 2 nights. Entrance of the hotel is nice. The hotel was so clean. Rooms are also so clean. Washroom was also clean. They have bath tubs but they should attach wall shower in their bathrooms. Behaviour of all the staffs were so nice. They literally treated us like friends. Got immediate response after calling in landline. We ordered many items including chinese & Bangla dishes from their restaurant. All Foods of thier restaurant was so tasty except the vegetable. Overall It was a great experience there.”

“Hotel Supreme is a budget friendly hotel. Personally i like their service, specially their behaviour. Few days ago i went to Sylhet and booked 3 rooms for staying at night. Being budget friendly, Room decoration was average but clean. I was there only for one night. But i really enjoyed their complementary buffet breakfast.”

“The double and single rooms are all upgraded and looks nice but the family room requires lots of upgrade. The staff are well mannered but very slow when asked regarding additional soap, shampoo or toilet papers. Overall experience is good but I must say the food is extremely delicious.”

“I was there to book room for one of my elder brother who will come from abroad and will stay few days there. First of all I discussed with the concern person who was in duty about room rents and costs.then I asked to see the room then one of the staff escorted me to the room and I find it clean and sound. Their behaviour is gentle and smart,oh I booked executive single suit for brother and they offer breakfast. they have restaurant with nice facilities too. overall it was a good experience.”
